1) Open the Staff page from the Plan Tab
2) To add staff click the Add Staff button
3) Enter staff information, a password must contain 10 digits including a Capital Letter, Lower Case Letters, and a Number
4) To edit existing staff click the Edit button next to their name
(Remember, you need Adviser level access to add or edit staff members)
Safe and secure...
ONLY those with the Adviser role can see the Staff page. This keeps personal information secure and you decide whose login is active or inactive. To inactivate a user, click the Active slider and the user will not be able to log in. You can reactivate their login without updating their password.
