Tagging your images makes it easier to know everyone is being represented in the yearbook. When your Portraits are uploaded with an Index.txt file (the file that matches student names to images), those images will be automatically tagged, AND that starts the list of names you can use to tag other images.
To tag portrait images, navigate to your Image Library by clicking on Create> Image Library.
Once there, you click on portrait (click the down arrow to show the subfiles) then click on the teacher/grade file. Next, click on the student/staff portrait and then click on Tag Names
When you do, you will see a screen pop up like this, and then click on the face.
The screen will pop up on the left will be the face and on the right a red circle. in the box next to it you will see the word Unidentified. Click inside this box and you will get a drop down list of students from your Coverage Report.
Scroll through the list until you see the photo/name of the student and then click the name/image. From there click on the Done button in the lower right hand corner.
If you have to tage the image manually, click on the teal plus sign. From there you can add a First/Last name. Then click on Save and then Done.
Once you see the icon in the lower left hand corner of the image, then the image is tagged. The icon will look like a price tag.
