- Make sure the parts of the cover are labeled - front, back, spine if needed.
- Package everything so it won't get squished during shipping.
- Add your job number and your contact information on a note inside the package.

Electronic Cover Artwork
If you have your own cloud storage like Dropbox, Box, GoogleDrive, etc, you can load your cover artwork to your cloud storage device and email the link directly to your rep. Your rep is the person who knows your account best and will be the "interpreter" with our Art Department.
If you're not sure who your rep is, then send your link including your job number or school information to support@schoolannual.com. We'll open a Media Ticket for you and make sure your rep is notified.
If you don't have cloud storage, upload your cover file to School Annual's WeTransfer Site. You can load up to 20GB in one file transfer, so you all your files should fit! If you're using InDesign or another program that has a "Packager", make sure you've zipped all your files together so we have fonts, images, and links.

Can I Design On My Yearbook Site?
You sure can! Use what you know. Create a Practice Page
You can design there using our themes, clipart, backgrounds, etc. Save it when you're finished and email your rep.
They'll pull your artwork and submit it to the Art Department for your cover.
