Once on the site, select if you are a Business, Faculty Member, Parent (or Guardian), Photographer, or student. This will let the Adviser/Staff know who submitted the photo. From there you can add your First/Last Name.
- Email Address - you will be required to enter a valid email address. You will get a 6-digit number to verify your email and allow you to continue to upload.
- You will also get a confirmation email once your images are uploaded.
Your Sharing Options
The next screen will let people know which Share folder they can share photos to.
- If you only have School Life togged on then people with only see this option.
- When you click on Share Photos you will get a pop-up.
Review Guidelines
Anyone uploading images will get this pop-up and will have information on what photos you are looking for.
- This will let them know what trip or activity you are looking for
- What kinds of images will be used
- What images to avoid using
Before uploading images, they must acknowledge the guideline by clicking on "Ok, Got It".
Uploading Your Images
You can click on Choose Image and this will open your file browser if you are on a PC. You can also drag and drop inside the dotted box.
- Accepted images are JPG, PNG, TIF, HEIC, and WebP
- There is a 50 Mb Limit
- Make sure your images are high quality.
- Screenshots cannot be used as they are of low quality.
- Images over 10,000 pixels cannot be used.
Fast Tag
Once your images are uploaded you will get a pop-up that will have a Fast Tag on it. This will let you tag the people who are in the photo(s). So once you click on it will get a screen with Tag People and Topics.
- People - Add the first/last name and grade of the person(s) in the image by clicking add at the end. This will add the name/grade tag to all the photos.
- Topic - Here you can name where the image was taken such as Field Trip or Classroom. This will let the Adviser know where or what folder to place the image in.
The Fast Tag will let you tag multiple images all at once or one at a time. This will eliminate the need to individually write descriptions for each photo much like in ReplayIt.
Submitting
Once you have tagged all the images you will get a submit button. before clicking it, you will notice for each photo you will notice under Edit Details.

Each photo will also have the above Fast Tag, this will let them know the image as a part of a group of images that was tagged all together. Once they are ready they can click the Submit button and this will send the images to the School Life folder in the Image Library
Photos are on the way
Once you click Submit, you will get an email confirmation that the image has been sent. The person who uploaded the images will get a reminder that the Adviser has the final say on what images will be used in the book. for any reason they forgot to upload an image, they will have the option to click on Share More Photos.
