ISSUE: The Staff user is unable to upload photos into a folder

Staff members only have permission to upload images in the Folders under 'Activity' in the Image Library.  Staff members do not have permission to upload into the 'Portrait' Category.

If there is a folder you need Staff members to upload to under Portrait, just creat the folder under Activity.  Then, when they are done, move the folder to Portrait.
